Privacy Policy

The Ride for Dad(RFD)/Prostate Cancer Fight Foundation (PCFF) is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.

Personal information may be provided to us through registration, phone calls, correspondence, donations, online donations, pledge forms, e-mail, or other forms of communication. Such information may be recorded for the purpose of processing and receipting a donation, recognizing a contribution, registering your participation in a fundraising event, distributing information regarding such events or responding to your information requests.

The RFD/PCFF will not provide or share your personal information with third parties unless:

you authorize us to share the information;
sharing the information is necessary to process a donation (i.e. to provide a charitable receipt), to process a credit card transaction; or
we are required by law to do so.

Copies of this privacy policy will be made available to all third-party recipients.

Use of information shared with third parties must be limited to the purpose for which the information is being transferred (e.g. receipting, credit approval etc.)

Any requests by third parties for access to personal information, or complaints, must be transferred to the RFD/PCFF. Personal information transferred to a third party must be returned to the RFD/PCFF and any copies of it must be destroyed when the reason for information transfer has been completed.
